Tammy Rea Marston is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, and community relations. Based in Yukon, Oklahoma, Tammy has a proven track record in designing and facilitating coaching and training programs that enhance workforce effectiveness and foster leadership development.
Her professional journey includes her recent role as a Senior Assistive Technology Educator where she coordinated medical assessments and developed person-centered plans for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She demonstrated her ability to build strong client relationships and implement effective care plans through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Previously, as a SPED Educator at Parkland Elementary School, Tammy supported students with severe disabilities, ensuring compliance with educational regulations and utilizing assistive technology to enhance learning experiences. She also served as a Revenue Recovery Analyst at INTEGRIS Health, where she handled insurance claims and appeals to maximize reimbursements.
Tammy's leadership skills were further exemplified during her tenure as VP of Operations at Health Engineering Systems LegendCare Pharmacy, where she developed client presentations and managed staff training programs. Additionally, she has experience as a Professional Development Instructor, equipping students with essential soft skills for career readiness.
Tammy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Providence University and various certifications in Child Psychology and Special Education. She is actively involved in her community, having served as the Chairman of Community Relations and organized several local events to support various causes. Tammy has a daughter with IDD, a bone disease called Cleido-Cranial Dysplasia- Tammy waited 6 months before having a diagnosis. She can relate to these parents and educate on specific needs.
