Our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program is designed to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in living fulfilling, independent lives within their own homes and communities. We focus on person-centered support that promotes dignity, inclusion, and meaningful participation.

Through HCBS, individuals receive structured assistance while remaining connected to their families, neighborhoods, and local communities.
